Songwriters Hall Of Fame Announces Its 2026 Class Of Inductees

The Songwriters Hall of Fame has announced its 2026 inductee class - a powerhouse lineup spanning pop, rock, and R&B that represents some of the most enduring voices in modern music.

This year's inductees are Taylor Swift, Alanis Morissette, Kenny Loggins, Walter Afanasieff, Christopher "Tricky" Stewart, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, and the songwriting duo Terry Britten and Graham Lyle.

Between them, they are responsible for some of the most culturally significant songs ever written - from holiday perennials like "All I Want For Christmas Is You" to era-defining anthems such as "Single Ladies" and "You Oughta Know."

SHOF Chairman Nile Rodgers presided over the announcement, calling the inductees the "architects of the industry." He will formally welcome them into the Hall at the 55th Annual SHOF Induction and Awards Dinner on 11 JUN 2026 in New York City.
