Shipping across borders can be complex, but we believe in keeping it simple and transparent. Here is everything you need to know about duties and taxes for your region.
Effective August 29, 2025, the US government has updated import rules. The previous $800 duty-free exemption (de minimis) has been removed. All orders shipped to the US are now subject to import duties and taxes.
By placing an order for shipment to the USA, you acknowledge and agree to this policy regarding import tariffs.
We use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for EU deliveries:
Orders Under Β£135 (β¬150): VAT is collected at checkout. These orders are typically exempt from additional customs duties upon delivery.
Orders Over Β£135 (β¬150): These are subject to import duties. You will be responsible for settling these additional taxes with the courier upon arrival.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1β3 business days. Transit times begin once the package leaves our warehouse:

Please allow up to 48 hours from dispatch for tracking to become active. It can take a few business days for some couriers to refresh their systems.
If your parcel cannot be located, please contact us so we can open an investigation. Domestic orders must be reported within 10 days of shipment; international orders within 28 days.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend products or delivery details. If you notice a mistake, please contact Support immediately; we will do our best to cancel the order before dispatch.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items are in stock, for any items purchased within May 2026 they will be shipped on or before 30th May 2026. We are unable to split-ship orders. Estimated dates are listed on product pages but are subject to change.

We do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and reorder the replacement size you require to avoid missing out.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to declare a return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us. All returns must be received within 28 days of the original delivery date.
Please Note:
Refunds typically take 1β5 business days to reflect in your account once submitted. The exact timing depends entirely on your bank's processing times.
