We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Transit times begin once the package leaves our warehouse:

Please allow up to 48 hours from dispatch for tracking to become active. It can take a few business days for some couriers to refresh their systems.
If your parcel cannot be located, please contact us so we can open an investigation. Domestic orders must be reported within 10 days of shipment; international orders within 28 days.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend products or delivery details. If you notice a mistake, please contact Support immediately; we will do our best to cancel the order before dispatch.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items are in stock. We are unable to split-ship orders. Estimated dates are listed on product pages but are subject to change.

We do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and reorder the replacement size you require to avoid missing out.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to declare a return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us. All returns must be received within 28 days of the original delivery date.

Refunds typically take 1–5 business days to reflect in your account once submitted. The exact timing depends entirely on your bank's processing times.
