Folami, me and Kim
I was sent a copy of me, Folami, and Kim performing "Good Times" last night. We were playing with a symphony orchestra as part of a tour called Night of the Proms. It was recorded in Dortmund, Germany.
It's amazing how close you become when you play music together, because it's a cooperative effort. Classical players interpreting CHIC's music is really interesting. It demonstrates something I've always believed: Music is a universal language that we all intrinsically understand.
It warms my heart to see people who've never seen the inside of the hardcore underground clubs that pumped our music back in the day, On Stage Dancing With Us.
