Ausblick am frühen Morgen aus meinem Hotelzimmer
Ich bin heute morgen ziemlich früh aufgestanden, um mich mit einem Regisseur und Filmproduzenten zu treffen, der gerade für Filmaufnahmen in der Stadt weilt und zudem meine Memoiren "Le Freak" gelesen hatte. Wir unterhielten uns darüber, ob wir nicht einen Film über mein Leben drehen sollten.
Plötzlich wurde ich gefragt, "Gibt es eigentlich irgendwelche Home-Videos von euch, bevor ihr euch CHIC genannt habt?" Ich antwortete, "Gerade vor ein paar Wochen hab ich mir Filmmaterial von der Band angeschaut, aus der CHIC dann letztlich hervorgegangen ist. Lustig, dass du danach fragst."
Hier spielt die Big Apple Band "Getaway". Kurz danach wurden wir zur CHIC Organization.
