Eine ganz knappe Sache

Ich war ziemlich nervös vor der Landung in Basel/Schweiz. Aus dem Fenster konnte man sehen, dass die Berge höher waren, als die Flughöhe und der Landeanflug hat eine ganze Weile gedauert. Das Einzige was man unten sehen konnte waren Wolken. Als wir dann endlich die Wolken durchbrochen hatten, konnte man direkt die Landebahn sehen. Mir kam es vor wie eine ganz knappe Sache.
Momentan bin ich unterwegs für ein paar Live-Auftritte mit der CHIC Organization und Buchvorstellungen für meine Memoiren "Le Freak."
Darin erzähle ich über einige Bandmitglieder von CHIC, die der Sensemann schon eingeholt hat, übrigens inklusive mir. Glücklicherweise holten mich die Ärtze damals wieder zurück, als ich in den späten 80ern kurz davor war zu sterben. Aber es war auf jeden Fall eine ganz knappe Sache.
